Logistics Supervisor

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Lead and develop a logistics team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics team members and identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Oversee performance improvement plans.
  • Implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Review transactions and logistics data to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Generate and analyze key performance indicator (KPI) reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to support operations and achieve company goals.
  • Identify and resolve logistics challenges effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
