
Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution.
- Lead and develop a logistics team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics team members and identify areas of success and improvement.
- Oversee performance improvement plans.
- Implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Review transactions and logistics data to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Generate and analyze key performance indicator (KPI) reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across departments to support operations and achieve company goals.
- Identify and resolve logistics challenges effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
